A: The Beach Villas and Townhouses are council approved for both permanent occupancy and tourism allowing for flexible use of your property.
Q: Is there any restriction on owner usage?
A: As the owner you can choose to occupy your Beach Villas and Townhouses when you wish and the onsite management is available to offer your investment to the general public at alternate times.
Q: Do we have to do landscaping maintenance?
A: Throughout the Beach Villas and Townhouses lots all landscaping and other maintenance work is conducted by the caretakers.
