This modern and stylish beachfront resort is opening shortly and Our stylish and modern restaurant will open in March 2009 and will most certainly provide comfort, ambience, exceptional service and unique choices.

The restaurant has been designed to take advantage of the magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean and golden sands of Caves Beach.

An iced display of the freshest local seafood will be the feature of Caves Beach Restaurant

and Function Centre. The display will consist of fresh fish, oysters, shellfish, lobsters, crabs, mussells, scallops and salmon (just to mention a few) and will be sourced daily from both the Sydney and Newcastle fish markets.

Choose from our extensive seafood display and our Award Winning Chef and his dedicated team will cook your seafood selection to your liking.

Our wine lists features some of the greatest wines from Australia and overseas and will compliment your meal.

Our wine list includes our cellar aged wines from the finest wineries of Australia. Choose from riesling, merlot, shiraz, moselle or a bubbly and let the soothing sea breezes relax you and your guests.

Caves Beach Restaurant and Function Centre will open Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and Wednesday to Saturday for dinner.
